This year there will be some important things to know when you book.
Please note that this will be the ONLY way to book in. This system is for the benefit of the club. It will allow us to best use volunteer and staff time and collect revenue in the most simple and cost effective way.
Please be patient with the system as we know there will be things which will need fine tuning!
If you make several bookings, please use the same name each time ie: keep with Tom or Tommy, not sometimes Tom and sometimes Tommy.
If you are having trouble or have any questions, or wish to book a large group please contact bookings@mtolympus.co.nz and we can assist you through the process.
We appreciate your ongoing support
- Payment will be required at the time of booking. Ski weeks will need to be paid in full. Saturday night bookings will include accommodation only with ski passes being paid up the mountain, upon arrival.
- Payment will be need to be made with MasterCard, Visa or Debit card.
- You will need to know the dates you are booking for (see above). If you make an error with the dates you will be charged incorrectly!
- Full weeks and scheduled part weeks (Unibreak, midwinter break, chillax) will receive booking priority until June. If you want to book a part week during a scheduled full week (such as Dogtuckers or Family week) you will have to wait until June.
- Members will receive a booking link to use when bookings open and then the link will be available on the site when bookings open for non-members.
