13th-14th July *Cancelled* - Freeride Camp with Murray Boys 24th August Curling 31st August Club Races 9-11th Sept TBC MOFO Open Freeride 14-15th Sept TBC NZJFT Junior Freeride Sept TBC Farmers Cup - Mt Olympus won by default NO DOGS PERMITTED Please respect that no dogs are allowed on any part of the skifield, car-parks, (Top and Bottom Huts) or farm land en route to the field. This is a rule set by the landowner. No exceptions sorry. Please obey this clear message or consequences will arise, especially for club members. LATE ARRIVALS Late arrivals are not permitted unless with prior arrangement with staff. Bookings Members rates only apply to paid up Mt Olympus club members. All reservations are to be paid via credit or debit card at the time of booking to secure your bed. If you are wanting to book a large group, please email the bookings team directly. Bookings for your particular week will only open 60 days out so circle it on your calendar. All bookings require names and all details of each guest. Please study all prompts and enter info accordingly to avoid issues. Please use the same name each booking, not a shortened version sometimes ie: Andy instead of Andrew etc. The booking may not finalise if you have left anything out. All will be charged at the time, so check carefully before finalising. An electronic invoice will be sent to you so please ensure your email address is correctly entered also. Please leave your BYO beersies etc at home. We reserve the right to confiscate any contraband brought into our licenced area being Top Hut and beer garden. Thank you. Subs Please email subs@mtolympus.co.nz if you wish to update email addresses, or advise that you no longer which to retain your membership. Unpaid subs will give us the assumption you no longer want to be a part of the best ski club in the land, and you won't be able to book priority accommodation or members rates. Work party levies (if applicable) need to be paid also before accommodation can be booked.
