University ski sale a roaring success!

Wow, what a turnout this past weekend at the CUSSA ski sale! Rumour has it the line to get into the sale snaked all the way down to Ilam road for a few hours on Sunday. It’s great to see so many people supporting the local ski areas!

For those that do not know, each year, the Canterbury University Snow Sports Club hosts a community ski sale, with lots of local vendors, ski field representation with great deals on lift passes, and a second hand gear sale. This year the ski sale was on 4-5th May. 

Over at the Mt Olympus stand, we had a busy couple of days where we sold half priced lift tickets valid for the 2024 ski season, along with merchandise (did you see our brand new snowsocs??). We had a great time seeing everyone, club members and other Mt Olympus fans alike! It certainly got us excited for the coming winter (though to be honest we were already super excited)!

The CUSSA ski sale happens every year, so if you are keen on some great deals at local Canterbury ski fields, we’ll see you there!
