Snow Report

Friday September 11th. We are OPEN. NZJFT Competition day! We have clear skis with light - mod NW breezes and cool temps. Yesterdays 15cm was skied in and we still have plenty of fresh turns in our hiking terrain and the snow is in exceptional conditional off our tow lines. Back Ridge will be a show today as we watch some of the countries young talents push their boundaries and challenge themselves! Our Access Tow is spinning, we have the Summer Road open - two means of access! HOW GOOD! Chef Lloyd is back cooking up a storm. Please book in before 11am. BIG LOVE LLOYD - you LEGEND! Come on up and enjoy a day at the playground of the gods. Derek is back to greeting you, sloppys are always flowing and booking in for lunch will never be a let down... Our access road is now OPEN to the Main Tow Shed car park. Chains on all vehicles from from Simpsons Ridge. Summer Road is 4WD with chains only. Last uphill traffic today will be 5pm. Radio up from Bottom Hut requesting "Road Cone" for the latest road conditions. Radio again from the container if you are wanting to drive up our summer road. Please be aware and respectful of farm traffic through Glenthorne Station.
