Snow Report

Wednesday September 16th... We have moderate to strong NW winds and firm snow conditions on our solar aspects, mid winter snow in some nooks and crannies along with warm temps. Overcast skies will build throughout the day with the chance of some spill over this afternoon. As we progress into this evening we are expecting snow to develop, become heavy overnight and tailing back through Thursday... a real sleeper powder day could be on the cards so book a bed tonight and come and get in before the storm. Lloyd has been up early and pumping out the goods, get ready for an awesome lunch. Book in before 11am!. Our access road is now OPEN to the Main Tow Shed car park. Summer Road is 4WD only. Last uphill traffic today will be 5pm. At the end of today we shuttle all the cars from the Summer Road back down to the bottom car park in anticipation for tonights snow and bump back up our beloved access tow. Radio up from Bottom Hut requesting "Road Cone" for the latest road conditions. Radio again from the container if you are wanting to drive up our summer road. Please be aware and respectful of farm traffic through Glenthorne Station.
